1. What is the best way to store your products?

A: We recommend keeping our products away from moisture in a cool, dry place. Once you open the soaps, do use a water draining soap dish, to retain their original shape and texture.

2. Why don't your soaps lather as well as other regular soaps?

A: Lather does not equal cleaning power. Most commercial soaps use chemicals in the form of foaming agents that are responsible for the high lather they produce. Our soap bars have minimum lather, a by-product of their natural ingredients. However, they effectively cleanse the skin without exposing it to harmful chemicals.

3. What is the average shelf life of your products?

A: All our products are made sans any preservatives, except some key ingredients that serve as natural preservatives. Hence, best to use the soaps within 3 months and lip balms within 6 months of purchase.

4. Why are your soaps and lip balms not available in vibrant colours?

A: We use No artificial colours in any of our products. Hence, our soaps are mildly coloured as they contain natural colours derived from their key ingredients and our lip balms are formulated to be neutral coloured minus any artificial pigments.

Please note:

1. Our soaps are handmade in micro batches, hence no two may look identical in colour.

2. The natural colour of the soaps may slightly fade over time but this won't have any effect on their efficacy.

3. Lastly, if you’re just started your journey of natural skincare, initially it may take you some time to get used to the feel of our soaps on your skin. Commercial soaps with chemicals and artificial preservatives tend to make one skin feel squeaky clean which is because they strip the skin of its natural moisture whilst our soaps with natural ingredients cleanse your skin while retaining its natural moisture and properties.
